Shipping Policy

  1. Eligibility and Delivery Scope:

    • The shipping policy applies to all customers placing orders through the website likiaclub.com.
    • Red Wings Trading Services Production Company Limited handles all shipping requests for customers nationwide in Vietnam.

  2. Delivery Methods:

    A. In-store Pickup:

    • Available for customers purchasing directly at the store or through the website.
    • Customers are advised to carefully inspect goods and cross-check the items against the invoice before accepting them.

    B. Inner-City Delivery (Ho Chi Minh City):

    • Delivery fees and time: 1–2 days.
      • Free shipping for orders over 500,000 VND.
      • Orders under 3kg: 25,000 VND.
    • Delivery staff will contact customers without specific time requests to arrange a convenient delivery time.
    • For customers with specific delivery time requirements, the staff will ensure the items are delivered as requested, except for urgent situations or outside business hours. In such cases, the staff will negotiate a suitable time with the customer.
    • Customers should check the products carefully upon receipt. If there are discrepancies in type, model, quality, or quantity compared to the order, customers should notify the company immediately for resolution.
    • If delivery delays occur, the company will contact the customer to inform them promptly.

    C. Inter-Province Delivery (via Postal Service or Giao Hang Tiet Kiem):

    • Customers must provide accurate and complete information when placing orders to facilitate smooth delivery and payment. The company is not responsible for delays or losses due to inaccurate customer information.
    • Delivery fees:
      • Free shipping for orders over 500,000 VND.
      • Orders under 3kg: 30,000–50,000 VND, depending on the region and courier service. Delivery time: 3–4 days.
    • Customers should inspect goods thoroughly upon receipt. If discrepancies arise, they should notify the company immediately for assistance.

    D. Order Modification or Cancellation:

    • Customers can modify or cancel orders in the following cases:
      • The store confirms the product has not yet been shipped.
      • If the product has been shipped, any modifications will incur a shipping fee payable by the customer.
