Products can only be exchanged when they meet all the following conditions:

- The purchased product has been used.
- The purchased product is expired.
Cases Not Eligible for Exchange:
- Customers wish to exchange for a different product of higher value than the purchased one.
- Damage caused by improper use not following the instructions.
- The product has exceeded the exchange period.
Exchange Procedure:
